THE FATHER’S MESSAGE TO RWANDA
December 2006

This is the message that the Father has told us to say to the people of Rwanda and to tell all people: “Jesus loves you and, if you talk to Jesus, He will talk to you". Abraham talked to the Father and the Father talked to Abraham. Adam talked to the Father, and the Father talked to Adam, and Job talked to the Father, and the Father talked to Job, and with Moses and with Paul, and with many, many other people, as is shown in the Holy Scriptures. And still the Father speaks today. He isn’t silent. He hasn’t ceased to speak. He speaks to His friends, and His friends are those on earth who come to know Him, and the way to come to know Him has been made easy, because Jesus made the way, through His sacrifice, through His life, through His death. Jesus opened the door to the Father. So, each of us can talk to Him, and hear Him talking to us. This is a wonderful and true thing to teach our children, to tell our neighbors, and to know ourselves.

And as we talk to Jesus, the Holy Spirit will come, and He will reveal Jesus to us. At OPERATION: JESUS PICTURES, we give out the free pictures of Jesus all over the world, and we have many, many, many  testimonies from people who have talked to Jesus, or who have seen Jesus smiling at them from His picture, or who have heard Jesus’ voice, some for the first time, while others have heard His voice before, and many have entered into a relationship with Jesus, their Friend and their God. He is our Creator, and we were created to know Him.

We were created with great joy and great love; all of us were. He cares about you deeply, deeper than you know. The Holy Spirit wants to remind you that this is true. He loves you, He sees you, He sees the problems that you have, and He knows what you have suffered, and He cares. Talk to Him and He will talk to you.  Enter into the relationship with Jesus that Abraham had with the Father, where He is your Friend.

Talk to Jesus about everything in your life, and listen, and He will talk to you about the things in your life, and He will talk to you about the things that are on His own heart.  Jesus has a whole world to which He is returning. Jesus will come back, so in the meantime the Father is preparing the world. There is a great fight in the spirit as the enemy opposes what the Father is doing. The enemy is moving to cause more pain, more death, more suffering, before Jesus’ return.  But the Father will be victorious, and that time is near. Those who call out to Jesus will find Him, and He will talk to them.  So, expect that some of what Jesus will say to you will probably have to do with the world and what’s happening in the world.

The Father has said that He wants to move all over Rwanda because Rwanda is wounded as a nation still, in the spirits of the people.  Many feel sad, and grieved, and wounded, and the Father knows that and He cares deeply. He loves you. He wants you to know that He rescued you. He did hear you when you cried out to Him, He was there when the terrible things happened to you in the 100 days in 1994.  He saw and He heard. He gave the nations a chance to act, and they didn’t, and then He rescued you.

And now, He is moving by His Holy Spirit to bring you back, like a wounded child, to Himself. He would put His arms around you, and say, “I love you”. Those who have gone before, those from Rwanda who suffered, men, women, and children, who have gone before us and are not on the earth any longer, now stand with Jesus, whole, unmarked, and healed, in that great Cloud of Witnesses that the apostle Paul saw. And they look towards Rwanda and they look towards the earth and they want you to know, “There is joy here in eternity, and we are happy. It is good, we are healed, we have recovered, and we want you to be happy, until we are together again.” And they want you to have joy because Jesus brings joy when you know that you are created by a God who loves, and that you were created to know Him.

So, this is the message we want to give to you: how great is the love of your Creator towards you, and how strong is His desire that you come to know Him. Not just that you know about Him, but that you really know Him, that you hear His voice like Abraham did, that you talk to Him about your troubles and He shows you what to do, and helps you. He will help you with your children, and help you in your family, and His presence will be felt by you. Talk to Him and listen, and you will see. You will discover that it is true, that He will talk to you. There isn’t a person on earth that Jesus won’t talk to. The Father talked to Cain, who killed his brother. The Father talked to Cain before he killed Abel, and the Father talked to Cain after he killed Abel. So here was the Father talking to a murderer.  God is not a respecter of persons; He will talk to any of us, whoever we are, wherever we are.

Jesus came to open the door to the Father, so we can go in boldly. “Dear Father, Hello, I have this problem and this problem. I don’t know what to do.” And, “Jesus, I have these feelings, deep feelings; what do you think about them?” And Jesus will answer and the Father will speak to you.  So God bless you. And I ask Jesus now, “Jesus, please move among the people. Help those who are sick to get well. Those that are tired, give them strength and energy. And those who are down in spirit, lift their spirit, and remind them by Your Holy Spirit what joy there is in eternity.  Move among the husband and wives so that there is love towards each other and love towards their children. Heal the women who were treated with cruelty and all who suffered. God bless the people in Rwanda, in Jesus’ name.”

From Silvana Lupetti, prophet of the Father in the United States, December 3, 2006: I was in the Spirit with the Father, and I saw Michael with some of the angels with him walking into Rwanda, the nation wounded by the enemy. Michael is a warrior and those with him are warrior angels. To describe their faces is best done by looking at the Statue of Liberty. The face of Liberty looks very similar to the faces of these angels; resolute and beautiful. Michael was in the lead, as a spearhead, and the angels were behind him. They were in front of something and someone that they were protecting. It was an angel carrying something in his hands, and I saw that this angel was one from Gabriel's ranks. I looked at the Father and He said: "The angel behind Michael is carrying My message to Rwanda".

I've seen Michael before, but this time he looked different. I looked closer and I saw that a sign was around his neck. The sign was square and was hanging in front of his chest. There was a thick rope of golden cable holding it and the frame around the sign was also gold. There was writing on the sign which I could not read. So again I looked at the Father and He said: "The writing is in Heaven's language". Immediately I was given understanding about Heaven's language. In Heaven there is a language common to all, which is pure and has no words that could be ascribed as hate, no words of condemnation; no accusations are spoken there. The purity of this language is that it is the language of love. The Father spoke this language to us, to mankind, when we were in Him before we were born.

All the angels speak the same language, so the fallen angels who are now demons also spoke this language. After they fell, their language changed as they brought words of hate and rage into it. They understand what is written on the sign carried by Michael. It is a message to Satan who spoke to Rwanda through the radios for 100 days, twenty four hours a day. Through the mass murder and horror of the genocide, Satan was speaking words of death, encouraging murder, inciting a slaughter. He reveled in this bloodshed, while the Father looked to the nations to intervene, the nations that knew what was happening and did nothing to stop it. The Father did stop it. Satan's words still echo in the skies above Rwanda. His lies still flow in the memories there. And the most grievous lie of all, was that God Himself had turned His back on the people there. So the Father is now coming to speak to all Rwanda of the truth, that He does not forsake, He does not abandon, and His Son’s blood illustrates that truth.

Here is the translation of the warning on the sign:  SPEAK NOT ONE WORD. Satan had his time of speaking his hate, using human agents, but now the Father is speaking to Rwanda. Pray for Rwandans to hear the message of love from the Father's heart. A  million days of bloodshed is what the enemy wants for all the nations of the world. Pray and look to see how you can help the Father as He lifts up Jesus in the darkness, in Rwanda, and in all the nations of the world.
